We bring our dogs to work with us in the studio during classes, please check if that is suitable before booking as we cannot make alternative arrangements (our dogs are our kids!)
Classes & Workshops
Non-Attendance:
Missed classes or late arrivals cannot be rescheduled or made up outside the fixed class times.
Classes run at full capacity, so swapping classes or accessing studio time outside of scheduled hours is not possible.
Weekly Drop-In sessions are available for current students to catch up or practice, bookable via our website. Past students may use one session to complete outstanding work.
Refunds:
Refunds are available up to 14 days before the course starts, minus a £10 admin fee. After this period, fees are non-refundable. You may transfer your booking to another person at no cost; please notify us of any changes.
Group Bookings/Private Parties:
Changes in group size can be made up to 1 week before the session. Refunds* for cancelled places or invoices for extra places will be processed as notified.
Cancel 14 days before the session for a full refund* or to reschedule. Cancel 7 days before for a 50% refund*. No refunds for cancellations within 7 days. Changes incur a £5 admin fee.
Clay/Glaze/Firing Costs:
Taster Sessions: Additional pots can be white-glaze fired at £3 (small), £5 (medium), £8 (large).
Private Sessions/Hires: Materials and firing costs are included unless stated otherwise. Your pots will be ready for collection in 3-4 weeks after your class.
Collecting Work:
Pots will be ready for collection 4 weeks after creation. You have 4 weeks to collect them. After this period, work will be disposed of.
We cannot guarantee work will not be damaged in firing. Any damaged work or work left beyond the collection period will be disposed of.
Health & Safety:
Respect all Health & Safety regulations, signage, staff, and other tenants.
7 Spot Pottery is not liable for injuries from misuse of the studio or equipment.
Classes are for individuals 16 and over for safeguarding reasons.
Familiarize yourself with evacuation procedures; the fire assembly point is across Worrall Street.
For any Health & Safety concerns, consult your teacher or staff before the course starts.
We are not responsible for damage to work or loss of personal items.
Note: We reserve the right to discontinue your course or cancel bookings if these guidelines are not followed.
